Instead, it relates to a day where the school hires a dude to come out with several big friggin' blocks of ice and generate several hundred cubic feet of machine-generated snow on the ground so the kids can go play in it. (Apparently, this is the kind of gig that local contractors do when they're not on set generating snow for the latest Bruce Willis flick.)
You may now mock.

ION - despite my intense dislike of Brian McBride, I will know be following Fulham so I can see how Deuce does in the EPL.

You don't like McBride? Why not?
And I didn't realise Beasley had gone to Man City until I watched some random game a few weeks ago.
Unlike Flower, who would have us coddle underperforming, backsliding primadonnas like Donovan and thereby make our national team a laughingstock (he truly Hates America, as I am sure you know), I would like to see all of our players test themselves in the European leagues.

I think Dempsey will do very well there. I'm just disappointed that he'll be playing with such a dull striker like McBride. McBride tends to be lazy. Fulham is supposed to be interested in Onyewu too. Are they trying to capture the American ex-pat fan base?

I know what it meant when I was in high school.
I am reminded of a time in high school when I was up in the catwalks over the performing arts building with this guy the school had hired to do lights for some drama club performance who had been a roadie for The Tubes.
I was up in the catwalks with the ex-roadie-guy, my boyfriend (who wasn't my boyfriend yet, back then) and me and well, it was a snow day. And the roadie-guy asked me if I was "bi".
Weird question to ask an eleventh-grader.

I think my conception of
"despise" has less depth than other people's conception.
the p/b/w comment was intended to convey that it's possible to have a bad opinion of someone whom one has never met -- it seemed like bnb was saying she never did anything to me personally, so there's no reason for me to have a strong negative opinion.
I don't know why any of you care . . . but maybe the caring part ended back when this was posted, while I was still asleep.
ETA it occurs to me that I wasn't even really mean. Sheez. Who cares?

Step right up and don't be shy,
Because you will not believe your eyes.
She's right here behind the glass
And you're gonna like her,
Cause she's got klass [(hi!)]
You can look inside another world.
You get to talk to a pretty girl.
She's everything you dream about...
But don't fall in love...

To me, McBride is like Donovan, a prissy prima donna that doesn't like to work that hard. Or maybe he's a victim of my lasting resentment of Bruce Arena and his handpicked favorites that he rarely deviated from regardless of on field performance.
I read about Beasley when I was following the Dempsey signing. Haven't seen a Man City game yet.

I don't think he is dull with Fulham. I think he actually is a pretty dynamic player there, and it's nice to see a U.S. player doing well abroad. Because I Love America, although it is not the slack-jawed, unconditional, love-it-or-leave-it co-dependency found with the pathetic Ironweak-types.

I saw highlights from the West Ham game, where he scored, and then saw part of the Everton game, where he started.

In eleventh grade, I had not yet had sex with anyone of any gender. But I don't think I'd kissed a girl yet. I had definitely kissed a boy by then.
