Have y'all already discussed the Oscar nominations?

I saw part of The Departed and The Illusionist during my business travels last week. (I've added them to my Netflix queue since I missed both endings.)

The Departed was entertaining, but some of the performances seemed a bit over the top. It's been a long time since I've heard a Boston accent as strong as the one Wahlberg uses in the film.

I was surprised at how much I liked The Illusionist. Falling asleep halfway through was not due to the movie itself, but was directly related to the number of hours I had been awake and the time zones I had crossed.

The best thing I watched during my travels? Arsenal's come from behind victory against ManU over the weekend. Thankfully, I did not miss that ending.
