Pink
I can't remember if anyone likes them, though I remember they have been discussed -- anyway, the Thomas Pink store at the mall by work appears to be having a big sale of some kind.
A guy I used to, um, see on occasion, he would occasionally ask what other partners I'd had were like. I think he was kind of into the whole voyeuristic thing (not that we ever did anything about that together) and he never seemed threatened. He knew he made me really, really happy though, so not much danger. And I don't think he had a problem thinking about me with someone else. He would cheerfully tell me about other women, which was kind of interesting. God he was promiscuous.

I think Pink is really big with the fat, stupid, self-centered paralegal set.

I just realized my new kitten looks a lot like fringey's avatar. Although smaller and with a smaller patch of white. Now I am a little unnerved that I just noticed it.

I've said it before: Pink can suck it.

On my way to the doctor this morning, I saw a sign that said Pink.
I don't think they were having a sale.

Didn't Slave say that on occasion?
All retailers have January sales to get their merchandise stock down and so they will pay less tax. Well, the timing of the sale actually depends on their fiscal year. (Oh, the interesting things you learn during data collections.)

I've always assumed they did it to stick it to people returning gifts without receipts . . .

Pink has a really horrible return policy. I bought wellies from there and they cracked. So I tried to return them. [w/o rec. so slightly guilty me] and he would only give me $40 bucks towards it and that was after I pitched a complete fit. Nothing in PInk is 40 bucks I ended up buying my husband boxers. Like sea island cotton boxers how stupid. They lasted, ironically enough.

I also learned that some retailers have a 53 week fiscal year.
I don't really care to look up which retailers do.
