Don't take a free shot just for the hell of it because then you become "that guy". And when Miss Teacher and her friends (maybe cute) see you out at some future point she'll (rightfully) badmouth you to them, saying how you freaked out on her when she decided, after (only!) two dates, to end things. Why be that guy?
I would not reply. It was freaking two dates. It is likely that she felt lack of chemistry. If the conversation was there, but she decided not to pursue it, just let it go.
