Sorry, Leagl. "We" don't want you here.
Ohio Senate Committee yesterday approved legislation containing language banning same sex unions as "against the strong public policy of the state" and restricting the extension of state benefits only to spouses.

I'm so proud that with all the state's problems, the legislature has time for this. . .

Breast Implant Poll

Please specify whether saline or silicone.
TIA.

I don't hate fake tits, but I prefer natural ones*. Fake tits can be somewhat of a novelty, and I'm always up for a novelty.
*but I'm not a fan of HUGE tits, unless they're on a stripper, which again is more for novelty holy-shit-did-you-see-her-tits fun.

This was de rigueur at most colleges in the mid-90s. I didn't know people still did this.

Oh, for God's sake, would you quit bragging about how long you've been on the board.
You don't want to make it look like the sock was right about something, do you?

Brooklyn Nets
Now that it's official that the Nets have been purchased by Ratner's group . . .
if he moves them to downtown Brooklyn, will some of you New Yorkers switch your allegiance?

No insight. Or, for that matter, on the shorts over sweats phenomenon, although that was once explained to me as a nutsack-support method. Didn't see how having the shorts outside advanced that goal over putting them inside.

It reassures the ex-high-school-jock,current-nascent-beer-gut crowd that they're still really athletic at heart.
Let them keep their dreams.

a real shocker.
Linda Cohn said the first funny thing I have laughed at ever from her today. She said "Manny Malhotra, former Ranger, now good". Sounds not so funny written down, but she really delivered the line well. Well done, Linda. Gold star.

How's that, by looking like every other beer-gutted ex-jock? Seems like they'd do better just to stretch on some Under-Armour to protect the house. Old School just looks old.

I went to high school with Mike Richter. I recall that in 11th grade we was a pretty good kisser.

I think it's interesting that you assumed (c) was not "Mrs. Tomato Basil." (d) is wearing a shiny (i.e. new) wedding ring and is obviously in the bliss of a relatively new marriage. He's also dressed like a lawyer out for a casual night on the town. (d) is totally Str8.
To ketchup on some other posts, the short sleeve over long sleeve thing is very odd, but somehow it works in an Abercrombie and Fitch kind of way. And it is in fact more comfortable, from a sleeve irritation perspective. I've only tried it once, and more or less by accident (I was hiking, and wanted another layer, and the short sleeve shirt was on top of the pack), and I remember thinking that there was a lot less chaffing than there might have otherwise been (remember, I was hiking). I'm not sure there's a lot of utility when one is just walking through the mall.
And the stuff about Findlaw. Whooo.

1) I just read a NYT article that lumped Last Comic Standing in whith other notable failures Fame and Are you hot (the second best reality show but whatever). does that mean that its no more?????
2) since comcast hasnt delieverd my dvr yet, does this mean I am doomed to choose between the apprentice and AI next week? ai is tuedsay and wednesdsay, right? not that I love the apprenctice- the reliance of the chicks on sex is a little tiresome (how PJ of me). i dont want to look at that bad nosejob and highlights girl anymore and the black chick has a horrific mouth and bad attitude. the only good part of this show is the boardroom which is quite good. i bet it gets better once the field is narrowed and its not boys against girls anymore.
