I am about to do this, but I don't play golf. It's more a case of applying a sports metaphor to the workplace.

Well, I'm all in favor of violent overreaction. Whatever you're doing, you have my full support.

Not that it matters, but credit varies.

There is nothing less sexy than a woman dressed for golf.

Well, maybe there is... I live in a town full of decrepit old conservative women and nouveau riche young women who want to look like decrepit old conservative women. Over the weekend, I was forced to shop amongst these people for holiday presents for loved ones. Many of these women wore clothes that looked like they were going on a fucking fox hunt as depicted in a Polo catalogue. That look is sexy only if you're that ungodly hot Polo model and your top is undone below your immaculately placed perfectly round pert breasts. If you're the average weathered mom, even apporoaching MILF status, the sport jacket ain't enhancing your waning feminine charms.

All of my good golf stories end with someone (a) getting run over by a golf cart, (b) driving a golf cart into a pond, or (c) sneaking onto a golf course at 2 AM with glow-in-the-dark balls to play drunken golf (a/k/a the John Dale Invitational).

All three involve outrageous amounts of alcohol.

Are those okay?

Hmm. I've been told that I look quite sexy when dressed in little khaki shorts (not the pleated kind), a tank top, and golf shoes, with my hair in a ponytail and a baseball cap on. But then, Mr Man is more into the sexy tomboy (aka girl next door)look than the VS lingerie model look.

No. Those are fraternity stories.

Actually, these all happened in high school, when I played my best golf.
