I wasn't going to attempt to ketchup. Too lazy.

Is it current enough to state how disappointed I am in Brazil's loss just b/c I no longer get to ogle their female fans?

I'm not sure that is such a good deal if they smell.

And don't you have a blog to update or something?

I'm not a match.

Those of you who find me w/o redeeming qualities and repulsive have no reason to change you view of ole Hank.

Those of you who list me in your top friends do not need worry that Hank will need to endure pain, or not drink for 5 days.

I am saddened that I could not save the life of some 58 year old man. I would certainly have donated.

This makes not so much sense to me, your repulsiveness is your redeeming quality, no?

I, as one of many, appreciate that you have repulsed your wife so much that I don't have to beg, anymore.

Something happened. We got married and the sex stopped. It was replaced by nagging.
Man, are you fucked. That isn't supposed to happen for about four or five years. At this point, she should still be making you breakfast.

Conclusions drawn:

(1) The problem with Paris is that it's full of Parisians. To a lesser extent, the same can be said about Rome. Excluding Romans, Italians are wonderful people;

(2) Stereotypical Italian-Americans are an embarrassment to Italians. Especially the ones from New York. My mother is 100% Italian - I'm ashamed to be connected to these people. They are so unlike actual Italians that, on a spectrum, Italians and Italian-Americans would be on opposite ends. Even in Italy, these guidos think they're Italian when it's painfully obvious that they are Americans who have watched Goodfellas way too often. Yes, your grandmother might make a good sauce. She may have actually been born in Italy. You, on the other hand, are American. You know 5 words in Italian. Stop watching the Sopranos and open your fucking eyes, you dumb fuck.

(3) People rag on American tourists for being annoying, loud and dressing like slobs. This is true. Of course, it's also true about tourists from any other country;

(4) The conventional wisdom that Italians are stylish needs to be put to rest. Granted, the men and women who dress for work in Rome blow similarly situated Americans out of the water. However, their casual wear is just as embarrassing as ours. Mancapris, sleeveless shirts, colored sneakers and horrible sunglasses do not equal "fashionable". That being said, English tourists might be the worst casual dressers on the planet;

(5) It's fun to watch the World Cup in Italy;

(6) Rome is dirty. It slides by on history and would be a third-world city without its history. Regardless, its history is amazing;

(7) All waiters/waitresses should work for tips. Getting a second beer in Rome is nearly impossible;

(8) I remain convinced that Germans/Austrians are the nicest people in Europe (outside of Ireland). The Dutch are friendly as well;

(9) The Amalfi Coast has no comparison. It's gorgeous.

Shopping advice, please.

Sorry to interrupt the misogyny, but I just dropped the digital camera I bought a month ago and the bill to fix it is going to be more than it cost. I'm thinking of getting another one, but maybe one of you has a better idea. What I had was a Nikon Coolpix L3 ($160), though I'm thinking of a L2 ($200) instead. I want something for snapshots, and not too expensive, although I hope the next one will last me longer than a month.
