I saw this documentary about this cop Detroiters now want to honor with a statute. Scalia's "dystopia" seems an improvement on that Detroit.

I hate when a Judge wimps out. Worse, I hate explaining the wimping to my client. That is all.

The deference affourded to judges is beyond me. They are self importanticised two bit civil servants who couldn't And cant cut it in the real wourld, i,e. Private sector. It's time the people gave them the first amendment big F U.

you'll never win a fecta award, but, point of procedure, just a clarifying point, for the record, so our grandchildren will know, the sock that holds the fecta award used only important substantive posts- 25 of them- no offense

exactly. news reports about legal matters never hit on the important points, like say if the wife had great big titties and was wearing something low cut, then you understand why the prosecutor tried to make the joke to seem cool.
