I would suggest you go with the grabbing the skirt approach. She might be wearing cute undergarments as well. Or maybe not. Please let us know how this goes.

I really really can't find the darn thing. The closest thing I found was this not-attractive Tahari
and it's not even close because the real McCoy is longer, not an ugly print, and is not so complicated. It is just long and has a long "V" in the front, and the sides are cut pretty far up, and then they come down and that's it. Actually, it has the type of simplicity as these kiddie skirts (although longer):
