"In December, Congress repealed the 34-year-old ban on slaughtering wild horses that run free across the West. The move has brought a backlash from activists who want to reinstate full protection for the mustangs. "
Now people are taking horses to slaughterhouses? That is just fucking sick. Though I personally believe cows are not far from horses in terms of intelligence. But this is just fuckig sick. Fucking redneck lunatics. Oklahoma should be kicked out of the country.

There are some battery life issues, but I've heard that the newer models addressed that. I bought mine almost 2 years ago.

You're pretty fly for an old guy.
Get the IPOD shuffle for running.

I agree with your overall sentiment -- I mean, Oklahoma exists for little more than giving Kansans some place to look down upon, near as I can tell -- but horses are much smarter than cows. I think sunny will back me up on this.

What wine goes best with mustang? I'm thinkng maybe a nice Rhone red, but I suppose it might depend on the cut, how it's cooked, etc.
Can't really disagree on Oklahoma, though. Fucking Sooners.

Sunny will back you on that but cows are much smarter than sunny.
I think its time for me to throw in the towel and become PETA's lawyer. I mean my job is great and all, but it has no meaning. I am not contributing to any worthy causes. Anyone know anyone? Do I have to move to LA?

Heck, yeah, they are. Didn't you ever watch "Mister Ed"?
Apropos of wild mustangs, I remember watching some touchy-feely PBS show as a young Not Bobby (maybe "Big Blue Marble") about the plight of the mustangs. I tried to talk the folks into adopting one, but -- despite the fact that we lived in a "ranch-style house" as I pointed out -- I was unsuccessful.

Black Panther
I want a porcelain or something like that black panther to put in my living room and name Bathsheba. It should be about 3 feet high or so and I am envisioning it is sitting. It should have sapphire or perhaps emerald eyes. Where can I get one?

Too much work, and the big iPod has a shuffle feature if I wanted to use it. Plus, I don't run, just use the elliptical thingy -- I've got a cracked-up leg that doesn't like running.
