Theologians sucks. Actually, AGOB is relatively marginal compared to YHF.

Apropos of wild mustangs, I remember watching some touchy-feely PBS show as a young Not Bobby (maybe "Big Blue Marble") about the plight of the mustangs. I tried to talk the folks into adopting one, but -- despite the fact that we lived in a "ranch-style house" as I pointed out -- I was unsuccessful.
That is possibly the cutest post I've ever read. I can just see little NotBobby earnestly trying to convince his parents what a good idea it would be to adopt a mustang.

Reminds me of my son's attempts to convince me to buy a puppy as a birthday present for his friend. His best argument was, "But Charlie LOVES puppies!" But, alas for Charlie, I held firm. I'm such a meanie.

Charlie is his brother? That is sweet. Which one wears the wrong underwear?

I want to party with you, cowboy.

I think it's actually "I have got to party with you cowboy", but I'm lazy.

I agree with your anger, as yesterday I paid $45.40 for a $25.00 ticket to see Zakk Wylde's Black Label Society at HOB Sunset Strip. That is totally out of control by way of paying tribute to the ticket gods.
I just paid $99 for 3 tickets to Elmo's Coloring Book and $99 for 3 tickets to Dora's Pirate Adventure.

I need a new life.

I suggest you not look at the Ultimate Ears UE10 Pro, then.

Just wait. The mini-revolution is just around the corner.

I was having posting issues this morning, but had I not been, I would have posted that I have the ER-6 headphones from Etymotic. Those are the main competitors to the ones bilmore posted. Pretty equivalent, I believe. I haven't seen a comparison of the two brands, but my earphones are amazing and they have transformed my airplane travel experience. Looks like they now sell for around $95. When I got them a year or two ago, they were $160 I think.

Mr Man has their nicer cousin, the ER-4s. Those are, well, more.

While we're on the topic of iPods

Has anyone here ever had their iPod skip several songs on the playlist without your wanting it to? Mine has been doing that -- I'll turn it on, and it will skip about a dozen songs are so and land on something way down the playlist. Then when that song finishes it will do it again, and will ignore my attempts to stop or skip. Reloading my music from Itunes will fix the problem, but only temporarily. I went to the apple store and the genius bar was booked solid, and I haven't had time to return, but the Apple guy theorized that it might be a communication problem between my PC, iTunes, and the iPod. This might be apple propaganda, but it also makes some sense to me.

Feel free to respond by PM or on the tech board. I'm still under warranty so I might just demand a new one.

(And Burger, please don't tell me to buy a Mac. I know I should have, but my budget won't allow for it at the moment.)

Your taste is in your mouth. YHF is great, but you can't expect the band to keep putting out bizarre experimental shit like that. They'll become Radiohead is they try that shtick (contrary to pop culture dogma, Kid A and the next one (forgot title) blow). AGIB is a solid record, from the Neil Young song at the start through the Late Greats.
