Well, factually I may be wrong, but in spirit I'm correct. State courts barely qualify as judicial positions.

Slave's reference to the infamous "ham sandwich" line is accurate, but even so -- all other things being equal, I'd rather be a guy who wasn't just indicted for money laundering than a guy who was.
