For all I know, I could just take a biotin supplement. But I'm just so happy I can get my hair cut without it being a tragedy if the person takes off a half inch or so more than I would have wanted.

I also started using OPI Nail Envy (the matte one) and like it. My nails tend to be very thin.

Shit, I take tons of B vitamins for my drinking and E for muscle strains and such.
No wonder my hair's a fucking disaster. I get it cut and one week later its back to a fucking Michael Landon style. Right now, I'm in some hair purgatory between William Wallace from Braveheart and Flock of Seagulls. I knew E gave you bigger "money shot volume," and B made you happier, but I had no idea they made you hairier.
