Whoa - Not Bob!! The whole non-P&P, Austen character reference is really working for you!

Thanks, although I really just like the S&S heroine's name better.

I'm serious about this. See, e.g., this:
"I shall hope to be honoured with the hands of all my fair cousins in the course of the evening; and I take this opportunity of soliciting yours, Miss Elizabeth"

Not Bob is en fuego today. I have no idea what that means (hopefully something about fire), but if dtb is now lusting I may have to give up my crush. She always gets her man. On the internet.
Not Bob, we'll always have The Sultans. We'll always have The Sultans Of Swing.

Circumcision is the most-performed surgery in the United States. That doesn't mean it's the most popular. Most people getting it aren't given much choice.
If the other sports were around in Europe and Asia, soccer would be a club sport.

There's a guy with too much weight on the bar doing bench press, bouncing the bar off his chest. Why? Bouncing the bar off your chest means you're muscles aren't doing the work. It makes no sense and I don't think anyone cares how much you're lifting.

I hate that almost as much as I hate people who don't drink caffeine.

Well, if you were in Scotland you could always support the Claymores, but surprisingly enough not many people do. And the other thing is that I've talked to some people from Europe and a few from Asia and they have TV over there now. They still think baseball is stupid. What can you do?

What's a "club sport"? Almost all of the teams are called clubs -- Celtic Football Club is one -- and the term is used to distinguish teams from the national sides, i.e. "club vs. country." I ask merely to determine whether you have pulled off a total. burn.

How is this hard to understand?

Just be careful with that net stuff. I bought one on the net, and because it didn't come from an "authorized" deealer, I had a bitch of a time getting it fixed.

eta: AoSomething, I was flipping throught the NYT Magazine this weekend. There was an article about Henry Rollins going on USO tours. The title of the article was "Not Bob Hope's USO." I had to read the title a couple of time before I figured out what they were talking about.
Not Bob has the power.

Shape -
You're a pretty concise cat... Whats the deal with this Penske v. Contrane marathon? I can't read all that text...
The usual loser blows winner? Or is it winner gets to exercise Prima Nocte with loser's spouse?
Thanks in advance for the executive summary,
SD

That sucks. This is what the prestigetime site says about warranties:
Quote:
Prestige Time LLC does not sell used, seconds, refurbished, manufacturer rejects or watches without serial numbers. All watches sold by Prestige Time LLC are guaranteed to be 100% genuine, brand new in the original box, serial numbers intact & unaltered with all paperwork. Since we are not authorized dealers of any watch manufacturer we may not be able to supply the manufacturers warranty, in which case we substitute the manufacturers warranty with a 2 year Prestige Time warranty. The Prestige Time warranty covers manufacturing defects & battery replacement if necessary. The warranty we supply with each watch is clearly stated in the description of the individual watch.
|
I have had no problems with my watch from there, but it would suck to lose out of the mfgr warranty if something did go wrong. Did you get your watch fixed?

Same here.
I am now upset that Sebby hates me for the sole reason that I don't drink caffeine. I can tolerate it in extra-dark chocolate form. Will that do? Am I still hated and despised?
