I knew you were an addict. Look at you. You're shaking. Couldn't wait for me to post another one, could you? Had to go ahead and get your fix on your own. You're pathetic.

You think you're the pusherman now?

What's pathetic is posting at 6:40 pm because I'm still at work during a week that no one should be working. Not that I am. Working, I mean.

I already made my feelings known on this. In fact, that's what got me in the damn tree in the first place.

You and ironweed and wanker seem to all be in the tree together. Given that wanker is, well, a wanker, I strongly suggest you have him on the lowest branch. Plus they are generally able to handle more weight.

I think plf would agree that newbers won't understand the fake html tags thing. At first they won't understand what it means, then, later, they won't understand why you would do it.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Try not to burn down the garage when you're deep frying the turkey.

And wish RT luck in her holiday travels and subsequent survival in sub-arctic temperatures. She's not impressed with recent weather reports and hopes they're exaggerating.

Oooh, deep fried turkey. I miss Texas. The Beverly Hills turkey forecast is 80 and palm trees, so there really is no chance of going back to the hinterlands to visit the family. I hear there is snow on the ground there already.

Good luck.

It was the deep sense of mystery and wonder surrounding the GA community that first led me to join. Why would you deny that to the next generation?

And assuming "the newbers won't understand" is just the kind of elitist attitude that turns new members right off.

Good luck, but you couldn't pay me to get on a plane this weekend. The family is coming to us, because I play the grandchild card shamelessly during the holidays.

Duh. I bring it all back home with a wrap-up post that ties the thread together like the final consonant chord in an extended jazz improvisation, but you assume I didn't read your (somewhat pedestrian and predictible, frankly) post in the first place. You're like the sax player who hits that last, out-of-tune honk after everyone else has realized that the piece is over. I can't work under these conditions.

Indeed. I blame the mary jane.

Jaromir Jagr has 20 goals. Perhaps the Moody Czech will lead the Blueshirts to the promised land after all.

bn'b's current sig line ("with her hands on her hips, and that smile on her lips, because she knows that it kills me") is yet another bit of proof that sebby and slave are idiots.

A bunch of passive-agressive motherfuckers left me pre-8:30 am voice mails this morning in seperate (or not?) efforts to ruin my weekend. They will pay for this outrage, oh yes, they will pay.

Damn, that breakfast waitress is cute. And nice, too. She complimented my tie this morning. (Cynical alternative -- she thinks I tip well, and wants to keep me coming.)

My Mets reportedly will have Delgado and Billy Wagner next year. Subway Series, Mets in 9, bay-bee!!! Whooo-hoooo! (no, that was not my sock, but I wish that it were).

Speaking of baseball, and the second garage sale conducted by the Marlins in the last 10 years, Josh Beckett is reportedly a Red Sock.

Uh, that's all I got.
Dude, you're wearing a tie on the day before Thanksgiving? You better be going to court.

I've decided to make "jeans on the day before Thanksgiving" a new firm tradition. I started the tradition today.
