Yeah, but because I was out of the office in the DC heat. But more like a slider--cooked with steam!

Str8 was betting in 1976?

earlier this year i took on my first contigency case late in the matter- won a bifurcated trial on liability and was moving towards damages- the harm was to a Canadian company in 1998-99. the US dollars coming to it in 2006. the client had to tell me "hey what about the exchange rate imbalance?" but then I explained the well know adjustment to the judge and got a 30% tack on- and the 30% tack on was also added into my firm's take-

I had never heard of that adjustment before

huh? my story is consistant with the graph- just like my evolution position is consistant with the evidence.

You're right -- I misunderstood which currency your client was receiving.

The advantage of your evolution position is that it's equally hard to comprehend at first blush.

Lord give me wisdom to know the things i cannot do-

There is a Christian science church next door to my office- right now there is a plumber's truck there- I would think that would hurt the faithful

If a minister is telling you that you can cure anything wrong- say angina/blocked arteries- simply by praying, aren't you going to call bullshit if he needs to pay someone when the sink drains start backing up?

Wow. The second time demonstrates an even greater failure to catch the sarcasm in my post.

Barbaro

Let me start with this: It's a fucking horse.

I don't give a shit about Barbaro. I don't care if they shoot him in the face. It's sad that the animal broke his leg and might need to be put down. Ok. But that's it. I don't need updates on how he's doing. If he dies, he dies. You can tell me when that happens. "He seems to be doing well." "Wait. No, he has no chance." "Hold on, he's much better!" Shut the fuck up.

Hell, all he's good for now is semen. So send sunny over with some candles, soft music and a couple of sugar cube pasties, have her milk the fucking thing for as much semen as she can carry in her ass, freeze it and then take him* out back behind the shed. Jesus Christ. How much time and energy can every news source in this country waste on that stupid horse?

The saddest thing is that, given the lean and muscled nature of a racehorse, he's probably too tough to eat. Maybe with some long, slow braising, but who wants to do that in the middle of summer? Barbaro will probably taste like shoe leather if we try to grill him.

Insensistive shithead. Hank's grandmother was a horse. He's directly descended from her hindquarters.

I just hope you can live with yourself after what you've done.
