NFH says semen is high in lactose; that could be the culprit. Next time, I'll come on her TITS.

You're right. I could hardly expect an airline (one based in Alaska, no less) to appreciate that many of the best chards never see the inside of a barrell.

I am a Gatorade and Power Gel guy, although I often will water down Gatordade a bit. If I were running instead of biking, I'm not sure I would do as well with Gatorade. The endurance formula is basically for ultramarathoners. Propel is sort of Gatorade Lite, and I will pick up one of those on a long ride of Gatorade is getting too syrupy for me. I like Shot Bloks a lot, but they are too hard to maneuver during a mountain bike race. Good for road rides.

Seattle-based. And yet serving California wine. And using some Airbus planes now. Go figure.

Like I said, they do not bother me, but different things work for different people. How many does she eat? My sense is that one is probably enough for a long run.

My sister's dog ate about 12 of those gel pack things (pack and all) about a month ago. A few weeks later he threw them up, no trip to the vet required.

Suck it up, no offence. I once ate like 40 of them in a day. All chocolate, cuz I roll like that. I had an upset stomach for a few days. No pain, no gain.

Yeah, some runners I know were on a big Ultima kick for a while. Then got sick of it. It's a lot lighter than Gatorade.

Penske's vision test

New parking space at Seattle Athletic Club.

An employee at the club, which is just north of Pike Place Market, said the driver stopped the car in front of Cutter's Bayhouse restaurant. How the car ended up on the stairs wasn't immediately known.

Perhaps too much Syrah at lunch.

I'm happy to do long runs without them, but maybe that's because I find the foil so hard to chew.

I think she's having two or three, though I'm not sure. She's worried about bonking.

Yes. Exactly.

Personally I am a Coke guy. Olde Skool.
