 | I have seen Ween on a few occasions and think they are fabulous live. I have a friend who is actually genuinely disturbed by the ease with which they can change and adopt different musical styles and genres. As I have posted here before, though, I cannot fully get my head around the demographic that is attracted to them, other than understanding that early Ween albums tended to focus heavily on mind-altering substances.

 | The "All of My Love" thing is perfectly creepy. I dig "Even if You Don't" a lot. It's on the permanent list of songs which gets placed on each new Ipod playlist. And the guitar player's fucking unreal when he decides he feels like playing.

It is the interwebbian community/friend blogospherician site of the first quarter of next year.

It's like the Friendster of 2002 or the Myspace of 2004......

 | Always one step ahead, eh! I applaud your cybertechnologicalpodigyness. Speaking of getting ahead, by the by, our plans for a Flower vs. Penske Leadville 100 showdown may be derailed by the fact that poseurs named Armstrong and Landis have decided to do the race this summer. May be tough to get in.

 | Bad puns? Are you hitting the sauce early? By the time I check in again, I hope this post will just be a couple of frowning emoticons.

 | I would hope we could move beyond the "____ drinks too much" jokes for 2007.

I have many friends who are basically alcoholics and if one of them started reading posts here and decided to leave because he found the site hostile to drunk alcoholics, well, that would make me sad.
