If ppnyc is making being fit a priority, then she will make time to devote to her fitness. I at no point stated that she (or anyone else) should. I was responding to her statement that she could did not have time to devote to being fit and I pointed out that she, like everyone else, has 24 hours in a day to do with as she's sees fit based on her priorities.

Carry on.
I was in a somewhat pissy mood yesterday, apparently. I think based on the way she has structured her life, it legitimately would be very difficult to find time for much of a workout, and she would have to give up something other than personal leisure time.

I would just have to give up personal leisure time, and I have beaucoup personal leisure time.

Could have been me, except you'd have to switch "...wanted to kick the phone out of her hand" to "dropped to her knees and took it all again and again."

I am sorry that she keeps taking the change from your cup. Again and again. She is mean like that.

Some people fly back and forth across the country a lot. Sometimes their days are 26 hours long, and sometimes their days are only 22 hours long. Think. About. It.

Coltrane's wife was called Alice. Let's just call her Alice.

Simple as that.
When did you go into/get out of rehab? I am ridiculously attracted to you right now. Wanna knock me up?

Now the "again and again and again and again" part of that Cure song is going through my head. Thanks!

There are so few people who will blow a smelly guy for a handful of pocket change, we overlook it when she takes 40 cent from our cup afterward. It's all good.

Surely we could see right through her ruse. I mean, sure, you could fool some prison guards, but you couldn't pretend to be a lawyer on this board if you weren't. We're seasoned professionals.

I mean, let's say for example that you were on this board pretending to be something you're not. Let's think of an example. Hmmmm. This is a tough one, but I think I have one. How about a paralegal who isn't really a paralegal, but is actually a secretary. I mean, it would take a brilliant mind to have everyone here thinking that you're a paralegal when you're not. You would have to be good at it because you wouldn't want people finding out your secret and thinking that you were completely full of shit about everything you've ever posted. I mean, that would be like posting about how hot you are and how important men hit on you when that isn't the case at all, right? Who would do such a thing?

Now don't get me wrong. There's nothing wrong with being a secretary. Some of my best friends are secretaries. But why not just be who you are? It's not like lying about who you are would get you laid by the "inmates" of this board. The whole example is just pathetic and sad.

TM
I was scared to "just be who I am" but this post has given me the courage to come forward. Let the record show that I'm really Coltrane's local homeless gal, and I'm posting via my treo posing as a Canadian-turned-NYC-dwelling benefits attorney. I have fooled you all!

I feel so much better now.

No, but can you walk the dog this morning? I had to work late last night and I am exhausted and need to sleep in. While you're out, can you get me a coffee and some food for the dog? Thanks.

That's the second time this morning you've made me laugh out loud.

One more time and I am going to have to challenge you to a pillow fight.
