PS - You, me, Less, Flower, Bnb, NcS, Man, and the other "musically inclined" should do a few updated polls, as the last few are a few years old.
No it's not.

Dylan's version of Watchtower was shitty. Baez's Daimonds & Rust is damn good. She can sing.

Watchtower should be banned from ever being covered again. Neil's versions are flat, Bob Weirs are awful and the tune is just beaten. It's the dead horse of cover tunes. Who hasn't coveed it? Dave Matthews even took a shot.

The odd thing about Diamonds & Rust is that of all the criticisms Baez throws at Dylan in that song, she never rips him for not being able to sing.

So, is this study accurate? How long did it take the authors to reach their conclusions?

Vitamin B12. Down two horsepills of it. Chase with lots of water.

And Xanax.

If you want to know about 19 shots of tequila on an empty stomach, eating the worm, do-it-your-self-hedge-removal (for people who no doubt didn't want their hedges removed and thrown into the street) and how hard it is to get puke out of a suit, let me know.

I know someone who I can ask about that.

Running is the best cardio. Period.

Yes, I know. BTW, I qualified for Boston. It was in 1994, but still, I qualified for Boston. Now I am probably so old that I am in an age range where my slower time will still qualify me!!!! Yay!

If by "best," you mean both "most effective at weight loss" and "suckiest," then 2.

The hedge trimmer is addictive.

The bill for the hedges from the landlord isn't as funny.

I find swimming to be far, far suckier. Not "goofing in the water on a hot day" swimming, but real fitness-style swimming. Suck. Eee. Ist.

I dug out a copy of the Al Kooper, Stephen Stills and Mike Bloomfield "Super Session" disc recently. I forgot how amazing that is. I love that tune with the baroque keyboard thing in it.

Music's really fallen off. You couldn't hope to release something like that today. A version of "You Don't Love Me" drenched in space effects from start to finish? Never.

The woman next to me swims 6 days a week. She then complains she is tired. I said well that is your choice to swim then, don't complain. she then launched into a litany of reasons why she has to swim. I've never understood that. If you do intensive training, then don't complain. do people not make the connection?

My heart rate monitor tells me that I can generally burn the most calories in an hour in my running class (usually about 800), followed by my spinning class (usually about 700), then followed by my swimming workouts (usually about 550). BUT, my max heartrate any given week is always during some sprinting drill while swimming. I sort of freaked myself out a few weeks ago when it got above 200.
