I'm not following the argument. Iraq policy is a legislative issue. What regime are you proposing for non-broadcast issue ads?
I assume the answer is "none," so what's your beef, again?

I'm still surprised that none of the conservatives around here have said that free speech about matters of political significance is important and that Will should STFU.

On the first, stop "lawyering" this issue and look at it from simple laymen's terms. Moveon was getting free press for a Dem candidate, just indirectly. Arguing otherwise is silly.
On the second, you're contradicting yourself, which is my shtick. Stay on your own corner.

I find it less a lunatic site than the sort of thing I'd imagine being frequented by people like the Comic Book Store Owner from the Simpsons.
Of all its sins, Kos' biggest is that is a Grade A dork kingdom.
In fairness I'd have to say the same about Limbaugh's audience. But that's no excuse. Kos is a serious fucking tool, and his followers are the highest level of involuntary celibates around. Read the posts on it. The thing's like an Onion spoof. The dialogue is the kind of silly gibberish you'd hear from people who love Nine Inch Nails, braid their goatees and say "injustice" a lot.
If you feel bad about your life, read Kos.

He never excluded anyone, and that's probably why he has no mainstream credibility.
The Kos fans and the Limbaugh fans should duel each other in a massive Dungeons and Dragons tournament in Vegas.
And then we should chain the doors and burn down the casino with them all inside.

I know you don't think this, but you could create a layman sock to make these arguments.

But I do note you point to the conservatives on this issue - since we are all know that liberals will and do stifle any and all debate that runs contrary to there meme de jour.

Excellent news, Slave: The military has found a way to both limit the media's First Amendment rights and lift the ratio of positive news reported from Iraq:
- U.S. authorities confiscated an AP Television News videotape that contained scenes of the wounded being evacuated [after the car bomb attack today in Baghdad on the Polish ambassador]. U.S. military spokesman Lt. Col. Scott Bleichwehl told the AP the government of Iraq had made it illegal to photograph or videotape the aftermath of bombings or other attacks.

people in detroit were pissed because Willy Horton is a beloved former tiger outfielder. Ty, it would be like if a guy named Terry Duerod was a criminal, i mean some other one, not the famous Terry duerod.
