Finding one, good or not, is hard enough.
There's a stand in the JW Marriott that did a pretty good job. Others have reported to me one in the building Hogan & Hartson is in (International Place?).

It's Columbia Square. That place is pretty good actually, and the guy is pleasant. You can leave shoes with him if you want. Exit Metro Center by the Metro Sales Office, walk down F Street and turn left into the building before you reach the McDonalds.

CMS Cameron McKenna closes DC office, lawyers head to Bracewell & Patterson
"International British law firm CMS Cameron McKenna is close to announcing that it will close its Washington, DC office, which practiced under the name Cameron McKenna LLP. Earlier in the week, there were reports that Cameron McKenna had planned only to cut back the office, leaving a few attorneys in the office to handle work for the existing clientele, but they quickly realized that this was unfeasible. When the decision to reduce the number of attorneys in the office was made last week, six energy attorneys made their way to Bracewell & Patterson. Those that were unaffected by the first cuts have yet to announce their plans"

Don't try this legal defense at home
Our favorite traffic-blocker, the farmer with the tractor in the pond, defended the allegation that he had made bomb threats by arguing that: it was "a colossal misunderstanding and [that] he was armed with nothing more than Raid Roach and Flea Fogger."
Now that's believable testimony.

Hail to the Redskins--Fight for Old Dixie?

The Redskins have retained trademark protection for their logos, etc.
Washington Post
The evidence that the term was a disparaging at the time of registration evidently was lacking.
As an historical footnote, the name was originally chosen to honor a coach who was native american (like the Cleveland Indians, incidentally, who were named in honor of a player who was NA).

Sniper trial
Could someone who knows more than the newspaper legal reporters explain why Muhammed would not be eligible for the death penalty because he was not proven to be the triggerman?
I understand that in the course of a felony murder, say a robbery by two people, where one shoots the bank teller, the other may not be eligible for death. But here, if the evidence is to be believed, Muhammed specifically directed Malvo to shoot. Malvo was essentially his agent. Is this not a relevant distinction? Or is this not the basis for the not-death-eligible theory?

I didn't read anything in there about you people being physically attractive, just that you are fiscally attractive (spendy workaholics who don't get sick). But if you need this article to reassure yourself that you're physically attractive you may read it differently.
