I would cook it with water and then put the low fat milk on the oatmeal in your bowl when you eat it.

hmm, makes sense. I will try this and report back. I am also considering using a liner bc crusty oatmeal sounds like a nightmare to clean. has anybody used liners before? Do they affect the taste of what you're clooking?

Hmm. I wouldn't substitute milk -- it gets very creamy without the milk. It might fuck it up. If I know I will be sleeping in late, I cook it on "stay warm". If I'm sleeping my usual 7 hours, low seems to be fine.

Three or four.
And for Fugee, yes if I don't eat it all at breakfast, I sometimes nuke it later. Or eat it cold -- I'm not sure if that makes me weird, but it still tastes good.

I often made multiple batches and reheated later or ate cold.

I had Civil War-era hardtack at brunch recently masquerading as a biscuit.

Nelson/Huck: I'm considerable hungry; we got any food left?
Bart/Tom: Hmm. Looks like we're out of corn pone, fat back, hard tack, fat pone, corn tack . . .
Nelson: Any tack back?
Bart: {Alarmed} Tack back?!?
Nelson: I mean, back tack.
Bart: {Checks.} All out.

It has a bowl in which to cook rice (or oatmeal). I put in protein powder (thanks e/o) and/or pumpkin butter (thanks SK!) but some stuff after it has cooked.

I would be willing to believe that you just wrote this yourself.

Not that hard to clean, in my experience. Just soak in hot soapy water for a while, and it all comes off. Much easier to get rid of than, say, caramelized grease.

Hydrox cookies were introduced five years earlier than the Oreo, yet suffered from the lifelong impression they were Oreo knockoffs.

For your next party, I suggest you (a) keep the ratio of women to men at 4:1, and (b) invite me.
