This seems unlikely.

And somewhere in NYC, an associate is saying "where the fuck is my bonus, I billed more hours this year than last and the partners are... [see the 30% increase in corporate profits for what goes here]".
So get to work Goddamnit. Somebody else can do your job more efficiently and he is pissed.

Well, he refused to use the first personal pronoun in reference to himself, like Rickey Henderson. So you've got obviousness, non-novelty, non-utility, and separate patentability going for you. Which is nice.

FWIW,
1) 2 of my clients got sued this week. Don't people know my opinions are usually quite solid?
2) I'm not posting on fashion much anymore

Newspaper article proving me right again
I cannot believe that I found it in the SF Chronicle, though. I never thought a liberal rag like that would admit the truth:

Are you sure you don't want your old log-in back? I'm sure it misses you.

That presumes that I can remember the password of the hotmail/yahoo/excite e-mail account that I used to create it.

its not crazy Larry. I'm subject to hyperbole. Mea culpa!
I think political promises to do politically motivated antitrust actions are a-okay! Dean is just being business-like really. how could any true Republican blame him for that?
oh, before I forget, some of my friends from Justice wanted me to throw up a trial balloon:
do you think the American public would react negatively if justice indicted all the children, grandchildren and great grand children of joseph Kennedy on a RICO count? i need to hear any no-go votes by monday at 2 EST.

Not quite.
me: if jobs report better, dow would likely have broken 10,000. 10,000 has been an irrational barrier which, if broken, could result in significant market gains. I used 10,500 as an example. With signigicant market gains, valuaions rise and the cost of money cheapons, leading to incentive to raise money. Companies flush with money will use it to expand. Expansion equals jobs.

This isn't addressed to you so much as to Ty (and partially to AG, whose response seems to put him in with Ty), but, hey guys, do you not understand that unemployment is termed a trailing indicator for a reason?
The very last thing you do when adding capacity is adding body count.
