There are tapes of phone conversations between Enron guys. Pretty hateful stuff. These guys are laughing about how they were ripping off grandma in California for $250/megawatt hour. Laughing about the wildfires that were burning transmission lines.
The justice department didn't want them made public. Of course they were on the news today. Slimeballs.

I didn't like it, but I'm not a big rap fan. And the rhymes seem rather stilted.

Pretty outrageous, especially the "burn baby burn" comments about the forest fires and the "fuck grandma in the ass" line. None of this is surprising, of course.

Did the Enron guys buy your $80 face cream? Seems a little low rent for them.

A fool indeed.
L-ascorbate is very unstable once it comes into contact with the air or UV light. The UV light can be shielded by the packaging, but the air is a problem from the minute you open it. It is an anti-oxidant, which means when it is suspended in an aqueous solution, as soon as it comes into contact with oxygen, it gets oxidized. That is how vitamin C protects your tissues - by scavenging the free radicals that would otherwise damage the tissues.
The vitamin C doesn't retain its potency for very long after you open a product. Moreover, the studies show that absorption of topically applied vitamin C only occurs at certain pH's. Most of the products that have vitamin C in them are buffered to too high a pH so you are not absorbing any of the vitamin C.

The problem is not the saying, it's the doing. In this case Grandma did indeed get a real double anal from some high-fiving young Repub -- sorry, wrong board.

No. But it was pretty funny that you posted something about fucking grandparents up the ass.
How is grandpa, anyway?
Seriously, had not seen the article.

Yeah, like our firms don't have clients who do that shit, and who we do work for.

Do you do work that enables them to commit their crimes? If so, get a new job.
I don't have the ability to police my clients actions in activities that don't involve their intellectual property. But in the intellectual property arena, there is no way I am participating in any shady dealings. I have fired clients who suggested that I do shady things for them.
We are not morally culpable for everything our clients do, only those things we are aware of and participate in knowingly.

Complicit? Moi?
But you are correct, so here's a shout-out and free legal advice to asshole clients everywhere: turn off the fucking tape recorders, assholes. We know you are assholes. Do not document it. Let us preserve our illusions, such as they are.

And yet, if one of history's greatest villains had listened to this advice, the general public would never have gotten to experience the multilayered brilliance of "What the Christ is the matter with the Jews, Bob?" and other breakout hits firsthand. {Spree: no sound.}
I'm thinking of making that into a techno track. Dum. Dum. Dum. Dum. Dum. Dum. Dum. Dum. Dum. "What the Christ is the matter with the Jews, Bob?" Dum. Dum. Dum. Dum. Dum. Dum. "What the Christ is the matter with the Jews, Bob?" Dum. Dum. Dum. Dum. Dum. Dum. "The Cheat is GROUNDED."
