When your president is too busy over the course of those 8 years getting his dick sucked off to effectively address a growing terrorist threat to the US, even passing up the option to take OBL into custody, you bet it is a bitch. If Clinton had paid as much attention to terrorism as he paid to sticking cigars in ML, 9/11 might never have happened.
Those 9/11 murderers were in this country for over 2 years prior to 9/11. Under Clinton, his AG and Assitant AG erected a wall between intelligence agencies that played a critical role in the intelligence failures that resulted in 9/11. Moreover, Clinton's ineffective responses to terrorist attacks like the bombing of the USS Cole seriously endangered this country.
