Wow. Steve Spurrier was offended that after 122 wins, 6 conference titles and one national title for his alma mater, Florida wanted him to go through a complete, formal interviewing process again to become the football coach. When they asked for his resume, Spurrier reportedly told them to "go look in the trophy case."
I knew he was pissed when he told them to go pound sand, but I didn't know he was this pissed at them.
ESPN is reporting that the Ol' Ball Coach is headed to South Carolina to replace Lou Holtz after this year. Not only in the SEC, but in Florida's division to boot. Come the fall, this is one game I'll watch.
