You know, there should be an entire separate category for cheesy action-movie lines. I was pointedly ignoring all such cheese, because it is overwhelming. I mean, most of the script of Comando would have to be listed ....
"I'll be back" wasn't cheesy in The Terminator, but since Arnold himself uttered it repeatedly and cheesily (as opposed to third-party bad comics and imitators), I think it is legitimately criticized as cheesy as uttered in later movies. There's an argument to be had that the later utterings should be counted in that case, at least.
Actors rendering a potentially unobjectionable line cheesy should be fair game - otherwise the question become "cheesiest scripts written" rather than "cheesiest lines uttered."
