Mike Myers from 1989-1999? Chevy Chase from 1975-1985? He's in the All-Time Pantheon, right? I'm ranking him ahead of everyone but Eddie.
Is he on crack? Is Will Ferrell anywhere near as funny as Phil Hartman? I'm thinking no, but maybe I'm just not seeing it.
