The league, in the interest of maintaining the appearance of competition, should announce that the winner, rather than the loser, of that game will get the first pick in the draft.

The Lions have never been contenders in my whole life. Shouldn't that count for more than the short term "worst record" for a single season?
Plus, while we do fuck up Quarterbacks, the Lions really do have sucessful careers for Heisman running backs.
