I'm no klan expert, but isn't anti-immigrant hate (largely Irish, German, and Italian catholics) as much a part of their history as anti-black hate? I agree, this isn't surprising in the least. Hopefully, the Klan is so discredited that its efforts to villify immigrants will have the opposite impact.
