Piece of advice - get the implants on the small side. They look real that way. The doc will tell you to do otherwise because they've always got idiot stripper types coming back and complaining "they're too small" after the swelling goes down post-surgery. And go with the gel and through the armpit or bell button.

I think she should go larger and then go a cup size down so they have a nice shape. Otherwise, they'll look like weird orbs no matter what the size.
