My firm has tight-asses. And isn't a town populated by German and Polish immigrants.
On a recent visit to Munich, I took the BMW factory tour. Apparently under Bavarian (or German) law, the workers are entitled to one beer (1/2 litre) with their meal, each shift. Now, that's labor rights.
