I've seen most of VL, but that when I was really, really wasted (really wasted). But what I recall was pretty wild and funny. If the UN made porn in the '70s, but with hot lesbian vampires, this is what it would look like. It was really pretty OK.

Thanks. Now I never much liked I Married an Axe Murderer. I found parts of it funny, but it got kind of boring, one note you know? Same with the one where the mom is running around killing people...serial mom was it?
Evil dead is fucking hilarious however.
I think VL is based on this really old vampire story I've read a few times. There is no sex in the story, or rather if there is, it is alluded too. In that one this young woman shows up on the doorstep of a Lord's castle around a time when people in the village, female mainly, are becoming listless and then dying. She does a lot of hanging out with the Lord's daughter.
On the other hand there was another vampire story in the same collection that had the Lady who supposedly bathed in blood, i forget her name. That had some blatant sex going on, the serving lady kept talking about the "unnatural cries" in the night that should only have happened when the Lady's husband was present.
I love that book, it has all these weird old vampire stories in it. We all know how kinky vampires are.
