Her video with Rick Soloman was filmed with what appears to be night vision photography. At least the version submitted to the public for consumption. Much of the country knows what a naked green (due to night vision) Paris Hilton looks like.
I cannot comment as to Coltrane's boobs look bigger naked theory, except that it might have something to do with the positions she was in on the video.
