I am not for the amendment except to the extent that it prevents the expansion of social security rights. I am for nothing that would expand social security.
A correct statement of my position is that it is time for the government to get out of the marriage business.
And from a purely legal standpoint, I am interested in what will happen with the polygamy cases. There is already one in Utah and it will be interesting to see how the courts handle it.
