Come on, man. I didn't make any predictions about the outcome of the season -- but the fact that the Red Sox have a huge number of errors, they are the team that has the highest unearned runs allowed against them, and the fewest (I'm on shaky ground on this one -- not sure this is exactly right) unearned runs scored, they will have problems even earning a wild card spot if the ship doesn't right itself. Whether the Yanks win the division (eh -- who am I kidding -- of course they'll win the division!), the Red Sox have some serious wrinkles to iron out.
But hell, even I can appreciate when another team's player makes an outstanding play (the unassisted triple play by an Atlanta Brave (?) last season (?) comes to mind). I'm generous like that.
A-Rod's play was one of those that you have to admire, even if you don't like the Yankees (if you're a fan of baseball, that is.)
