Tourists or non city-folk are not aware of this rule. They will stand three abreast if they can.

I said this very same thing last night. Total distance. The friend I said it to reminded me that home-run distance calculating is an inexact science. And I replied that you could use:
(1) that strobe camera to estimate trajectory
(2) a speed gun and a protractor
