This second move was a worm, not spam. MY_DOOM_O was vicious and took down Google and several other search engines for a while.

A great resource for information on phishing is the antiphishing working group, who keep a running report on current phishes and information about what to do if a) you fall victim to a phish or b) your company is attacked by a phish.
