I don't think Afghanistan and Iraq count as belonging to the IOC, and I doubt anyone can claim that the utterance of "Olympics" violates some property right. The only real difference is, Bush doesn't give two figs for the IOC's sensibilities, while Kerry desperately wants McCain to keep liking him.
