You might be a side effect then, young un. Without the "not_Democrats" flight, the "I want to drink vodka tonics with my wife naked in the backyard" flight wouldn't have found a critical mass to even get roads, schools and sewers built. Your wife likes that indoor plumbing, doesn't she? Without the fear and hate factors, who's parents and grandparents woulda left the city in the first place? And if they still lived in they city, they wouldn't need the hybrids and the e-cars to reduce pollution. Those with a guilt-complex could just take a bus.
