Not Club, but I do remember 1991. Last time, SH invaded Kuwait. Other arab countries had a problem with that as did the rest of the world.
In 2003, other arab countries didn't want us building a democracy in the middle east because of what the implications are for their own totalitarian regimes. France and Russia and Germany didn't want to stop the money they were illegally making off the oil for food program.
