Did you ever notice on NYPD Blue (back in the late 90s when there were still a few people watching it) that Kim Delaney's character always wore bunchy seamed bras with silk or smooth cotton sleeveless sweaters? Was that supposed to be her Sipowiczism (the female equivalent of wearing a short sleeved patterned sport shirt with a tie)?
