Every time I see this transliteration I hear (in my head, of course -- I think) someone with the thickest of Boston accents saying "cock." Not surprising, really, but just when my Tourette's seemed close to being under control, I now have the irresistable impulse to shout "suck my cack!" because it seems like such a fun thing to say.
