I don't remember exactly what the acronym stands for, but it's basically a sex partner who is sympathetic to your fetishes and willing to experiment with things they may not be totally comfortable with initially. For example, if you wanted to pee on me during sex, and I was like "ewwww, no way in hell you pervert" I would not be GGG. If I said "well, I'm not really into that, but maybe we can try it once and see how it goes" then I would be GGG.
