I think Libertarians are massively stupid about transaction/information costs -- it's like they think that all the economic examples that start out "Disregarding transaction/information costs . . ." can be applied to the real world, when they CAN'T until you resolve the transaction/information costs. Bureacracy and regulation can be more efficient than a zillion people making individual bargains.
