I agree with this, and have even worked for some of them.
But how would you propose bringing this about? The business leaders I worked for/with were too busy making $$$$($$$$) to be bothered (I say this not as a criticism of them - they are very good at what they do, and make a lot of money for both themselves and shareholders, and that's a good thing).
