Doesn't CIA say that, but then make exceptions for covert ops? Don't they hire criminals because that can get them inside info? Not that CIA is doing something about domestic drug traffic. That wouldn't be in their mandate.

Personally, if the evangelicals are running the country, and they believe one can be born again, why can't the FBI, DOJ, and others forgive and forget?
