For me, I need the larger size tops in part because of the boobs but mostly because I have broad shoulders and a large rib cage (apparently, given that every bridesmaids dress I have ever tried on had to be taken out in the rib cage and boobs and pulled in at the waist). My jackets tend to need to be ordered larger to accomodate my bone structure.
