Anyways, the boat comes out and in the center is an area with several sahsimi pieces. to the side was an area with washibi and ginger, and nex to that were several pieces of what looked like tuna sashimi. this "second" tuna seemed a bit different shade of red compared to the tuna in the main area, but I thought maybe it was a slightly fattier cut.
I grabbed a glop of washabi, and took the first pieces from the second tuna- it crunched from the chopsticks, and I thought it was frozen at first. still I took a bit bite of tuna/washabi and......it was watermelon!
The waitress and I laughed over my mistake. The itamae didn't see me, thank goodness.
Fringey- get a bacon cheeseburger with spicy fries.
